Installation Management and Documentation:
  • Oversee on-site installation with active and timely quality control.
  • Verify all materials on-site as specified and protected from the elements before commencement of installation.
  • Written progress reports and periodic inspections.
  • Walk-through at "substantial completion" and generation of punch list as needed for final completion.
  • Verify final completion and acceptance and provide photographs, shop drawings as necessary, written documentation, and confirmation of a valid warranty as specified.
